Last Week of January (1/24)

One more week, and then (apparently) we are doing vlogs! At the end of last week and into the weekend I was able to gather a lot of resources for my work.

I have been able to find many studies and reports from credible sources about mental illness numbers in the United States, as well as how recidivism has been affected. I have been pleasantly surprised by the amount 0f studies done over this topic, especially compared to last year when I had a very difficult time finding resources.

I also have had a MUCH easier time finding resources about Norway's practices regarding mental illness. There was a study done by the University of Oslo Hospital that looked promising at first glance.

The next few weeks I will continue gathering resources as well as gathering individuals to interview. I have been able to make progress quicker than I expected, and I hope to continue at this rate
