REHABILITATION MODEL

Recidivism is the rate of convicted criminals reoffending after they are released from prison. The rate of recidivism in the United States is extremely high at about 75% in Federal Prisons. The goal of this prison model is to reduce the rate of recidivism in the United States by incorporating programs and ideas found in the Norwegian prison system and also create a more humane prison.
